Steve (MR Z) at Prospect Park Raceway has sent me a new line of high quality wheels from Super Tires. These turned aluminum wheels have a nice finish to them and I liked the 5 hole design. They look great by themselves or they can be painted. You can also add Slot.it inserts to them so the folks who want scale accuracy should be happy.

What I really liked was the precise fit they had on Slot.it axles. Since a good many scratch-builders use the Slot.it axles for custom builds or to replace/upgrade other brands, I understand why they chose this size for the wheels.

They literally have ZERO slop on the axle. You almost think that they will not fit, but carefully twisting them will have them on the axle. The wheels use the standard set screw design and the screw size is the same as Slot.it so your wrench will fit it.

I was pleased with these wheels and I think most of you will be as well.
